Join us in Cooke Canyon for a Shinrin (forest) Yoku (bath) experience led by Certified Forest Therapy Guide, Dawn Ambrose of Woodland Findings. Participants are invited to disconnect from technology while simply noticing the natural world we live with. No hiking involved. Afterwards, Pacific Northwest artist, Erin Oostra, will teach a relaxed and beginner-friendly landscape watercolor sketch class. Erin’s classes make watercolor approachable and fun for everyone — no experience needed.
